Procurement workflow

Phase I.: demand specification, call-for-bid publication, additional disclosures, tender submission, evaluation, awards’ publication

Phase II.: selection and ordering from electronic product and service catalogues, electronic invoicing and payment

Tender Works is overseeing and managing Phase I. functionalities. Within the framework of this module, the actual demand pulls forward the legally compliant call-for-bid, its publication and compiles the full set of public procurement documentation.

Tender Works, serving as an engine, does not directly link to, but generally supports, by means of interfaces, the following functionalities:

  • eAwarding (electronic rating and awarding)
  • eAuctions (electronic bidding)
  • eCatalog (electronic supplier catalogue)
  • eOrdering (electronic ordering)
  • ePayment (electronic payment)
  • eInvoicing (electronic invoicing)
